Following tonight’s game against the Buffalo Sabres, it was announced the Flyers had made a trade. They have acquired Vaclav Prospal from the Tampa Bay Lightning for Alexandre Picard and a draft pick. In 62 games this season, Prospal has 29 goals and 57 points.
This is Prospal’s second time with the Flyers who drafted him. He was traded to Ottawa in return for Alexandre Daigle.
