Hockey Fight Night

March 27th, 2008 by James

With the whole Patrick and Jonathan Roy incident last week, I thought I would do some digging around YouTube. That is were I found this, one of the best hockey brawls of all time. The date was March 5, 2004 and it was the Philadelphia Flyers playing the Ottawa Senators at the Wachovia Center. It was chippy for pretty much the entire game and you could feel the tension. I knew that there would be at least a fight or two before this game was all over. Then the mayhem started. When it was all said and done the Flyers had 213 penalty minutes out of a total 419 penalty minutes combined for both teams. It was a record breaking night, and I was there.

The video is so long that the person who posted it to YouTube cut it into three parts. Enjoy!
