After last week’s faux pas, Mike Milbury continued to be an ass this week. In a pregame interview on NBC with Mike Richards he asked why Richards refers to Bobby Clarke as Mr. Clarke. Richards responded that it is out of respect. He stated that Clarke has done a lot for the league, was the one who drafted him and he has a lot of respect for him. Milbury continued that he has other names for Clarke, implying that it is not acceptable to say them on the air. Once Richards finished he ended the interview by saying that he will continue to call Clarke his “names.” Milbury came across as juvenile.
I know that Clarke is not liked by everyone around the league for many reasons. He has done many things people don’t like. But his job was to win, not make friends. And win he did.
Milbury, your job is to be an impartial analyst. Over the past two weeks, you have been nothing but an unprofessional ignoramus.
This guy needs to be removed.
