It’s The Battle Of Pennsylvania In The Eastern Conference Finals

May 4th, 2008 by James

Flyers Penguins Eastern Conference Finals
The Flyers now know who their opponent will be in the Eastern Conference Finals. They will by playing their cross-state rivals, the Pittsburgh Penguins. This afternoon the Penguins eliminated the New York Rangers in overtime off of a goal from Marian Hossa.

The series will start in Pittsburgh, as they were the higher seed in the conference. However, we still don’t know when it will start. Once the San Jose-Dallas series wraps up, the schedule for the Finals for both Conferences will be determined.
