Flyers Show Off New Third Jersey

At last night’s Season Ticket Holder Meet The Team Party, the Flyers unveiled the new Alternate Third Jersey. Following a short ceremony, the players donned the new jersey and team began taking pre-orders from the fans in attendance. It was said to be set for debut on Friday, November 28. I think it is safe to assume that debut means first game they will wear it since there is an afternoon matinee scheduled that day against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Just like the rumors and leaked pictures speculated, the jersey has a retro look and is very much like the orange jersey the team wore in the 60’s and 70’s. Just a few touches here and there to go with the new style RBK Edge jerseys.
