You’ll Look Back On This And Laugh…

Now that Flyers’ forward Patrick Thoresen is out of the hospital and no longer threatened with the possibility of losing a testicle, he can look back and laugh at the situation.
During game 1 against the Capitals, Thoresen went down to block a shot and was hit directly in the groin. He was helped off the ice and rushed to the hospital. The doctors thought that surgery to remove one of his testicles may be necessary. Fortunately for Thoresen, it wasn’t and he was released the following day.
Kind of gives new meaning to giving it your all.
